1. You need to have had a finance product in the last 10 years. for example Credit card, Home loan, Personal Loan or Vehicle Loan!

2 We only deal with mis-sold insurances on loans, you know the kind of insurances that were put on to loans without you knowing! Or maybe you were not eligible for them in the first place!

3. All of these details are in your loan docs which we will need to see and a few questions in your application to work out if you were mis-sold

4. Once we verify all of your documents, we will let you know if you have a refund to claim!

Easy! there re two ways in which you will receive your refund.

1. If your loan is still active it will be credited back to your loan which will reduce your loan amount, and your term and your overall interest….You Beauty!

2. If your loan is finalised and ‘paid out’ the refund will go directly back to you in to your nominated bank account, or a cheque will be issued to you, for the refund due.

If you have had a loan in the last 10 years, either a credit card, home loan, vehicle finance or personal loan, if you think there may be add on insurance on there, this is where we step in!!

1. You complete your details in your online secure portal, here you will sign the relevant Get My Refund documents,

2. You upload relevant finance documents and insurance policies or as many documents you think may help!!

3. We will do our work to get the maximum refund owed to you. You just sit back, relax and we will contact you.

Anything that you think will help us investigate for you. For example:

Car loan finance documents/contracts/invoices, Consumer Credit Policy for your car loan, credit card or personal loan.

Gap insurance policy, tyre and rim polices. Any financial loan documents and bank statements – then we will do the rest.

You may have misplaced your loan documents, you can then request a copy of your finance documents from your financier, this is super easy with one quick phone call they can email them to you.

Get My Refund know you are eager to find out what your refund owed will be, and we try to do this as quick as we can.

We need you to submit all your details in your secure customer portal including your loan documents. (remember you can request these for free if you do not have these).

We then can see if you have an eligible claim and we will let you know within 14 working days if not sooner!

We will contact you by email with all updates on your claim as we go!

Once Get My Refund have put forward your claim whether it is a ‘mis-sold insurance’ or the ‘irresponsible lending ‘claim, You could be owed anything from $20 to $20,000!

This really depends on how much you paid for the insurance in the first place and a few other factors which we will look in to for you to make sure its the maximum.

This is dependent on your individual add on insurance polices, that you may or may not be aware of!

The Get My Refund service fee is 30% plus GST of the total refund obtained.

You are in contract with us from the day you sign your terms with us in your portal, you are not allowed to speak direct or negotiate with the company regarding your claim complaints, otherwise this is in breech of your contract with us! Oops!!!

Do not worry! Please advise us immediately and forward all correspondence to us. We deal with the whole claim on your behalf and with our knowledge we make sure you get back the maximum you are owed. Lets make sure you do not agree to any amount from anyone, and most of the time this may be a lower amount!
